Born and raised between Scotland and England, I spent my early years immersed in British cuisine before moving to West Africa, where I embraced the rich, diverse food culture. Later, life brought me to the U.S., where I lived in Ohio for sixteen years before returning to the UK, only to come back to Columbus, Ohio, to pursue my passion full-time.

Cooking has always been at the heart of everything I do. Over the years, I’ve experimented with spices, created unique twists on classic dishes, and received rave reviews from family and friends who urged me to share my talents with the world. Now, I’m excited to bring that same dedication and passion to Touch of Flavors, where we release new, exciting menu items weekly.
